Dillard drives to runner-up finish at Diamond Park Speedway

The USMTS trail took Cade Dillard and his team to the Longdale Speedway in Longdale, Okla., on Friday, April 10, for the opening round of the USMTS Southern Region.

In Friday's main event, Dillard finished ninth but would not get a chance to better his spot on Saturday. Wet weather rolled into the area overnight and forced the cancellation of the second night of racing, so the team loaded up and headed to the Diamond Park Speedway in Murfreesboro, Ark. Dillard took home a second-place finish in the event.

The team will be back on the USMTS trail on Friday and Saturday, April 17-18, at the Flint Creek Speedway in Colcord, Okla., and Salina Highbanks Speedway near Pryor Creek, Okla.
