Joe crowned Salina Highbanks Speedway, NASCAR State Champion

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Joe captured the 2011 Salina Highbanks Speedway and NASCAR State Championship in Oklahoma with five victories and 16 top-five finishes at Salina with a combined 10 wins and 28 top-fives at Outlaw Motor Speedway.
