Second half of 'Rumble' rained out

Due to excessive rainfall and more expected thorughout the day and night, track and series officials have reluctantly canceled Saturday's second round of the "rumble by the River" for the Dirt Kings Late Model Tour at the Mississippi Thunder Speedway.
