Lucas competed in the Fourth Annual World Modified Dirt Track Championship this weekend.
Thursday Results - Lucas raced in the fifth heat race and finished fifth. In "B" Main #1 he finished fifth again, which sent him to the "A" Main Qualifier. He started there in the 28th spot and finished 21st.
Friday Results - Lucas once again raced in the fifth heat race. This time he won after starting second. The "A" had 3 laps in when it was rained out. On Saturday the second "A" Main Qualifier was finished and Lucas finished ninth.
Saturday Results - Lucas ran well enough to miss the Last Chance races and the "C" Main and advanced straight to the "B" Main. He started fourth in it and won. In the World Modified Dirt Track Championship he started 13th and finished 12th.
