Rain shortens opener; double features next Saturday at Deer Creek

Opening night action at the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley began with 102 cars in the pits, but the night ended with rain falling on the USRA Modifieds just three laps into their feature race. That race, plus an entire regular line-up happens next Saturday, April 25, at 'The Creek.'
